Facilitator training – for facilitators in Serbia – 21.10.2020. – F2F

Facilitator training meeting as stated in planned agenda aimed to reinforce trainers / facilitators and advisors to adopt and clarify methodology for Intergenerational P2P learning and online collaboration. There were 14 participants, including 4 farm advisory participants, who are leaders of the mentored pairs of farmers.

  • 11:00-12:00 Communication and facilitation
    • Basics of conscious communication, conflict handling, customer relations
    • Facilitation of online events and the farminar approach
  • 12:00-13:00 Lunch break
  • 14:00-16:00 Use of the WF e-learning and communication platform
    • Pilot facilitation of a demo exercise
    • Testing the video conference platform, with the main functions to be managed
    • 16:00-17:00 Discussion, Exercises, Exam: quiz
